ProActa provides project management and Gantt chart tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as configured during checkout via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProActa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
