We offer a generous 30-day free trial on all accounts. We encourage you to use this period to fully evaluate whether ProActa meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.

2. Standard Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase for any subscription plan.

To request a refund within this window, simply contact our support team and we will process it immediately, no questions asked.

3. Renewals

Unless negotiated otherwise, automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date via your account settings to prevent future charges.

4. Processing Refunds

All subscription billing and refunds are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Once a refund is initiated, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear credited back to your original payment method.
